When I was growing up in Southhampton, ON, my dogs were named Cuddles Kisses Arthur (a Poodle) and Beanie (a Pomeranian). Lilly is our 13 year old dog and she looks a lot like the mascot of Pet Me If You Can! I live in Burlington with my husband and daughter.
I started Pet Me If You Can in 2011 after searching high and low for the best care for my dog and realized that it makes me happy to provide that same peace of mind to pet owners that I was looking for. I started out with just myself, but as word of mouth began to spread, The Pet Me If You Can pack began to grow. We now proudly walk all over Oakville and Burlington! I am truly living my dream, channeling my love of dogs into a full time job surrounded by an amazing team. All of our walkers share the same care and respect for our clients, two legged and four!
Our clients put their trust in our services and reputation – and I am very grateful for them. It makes me so happy knowing that dogs are happy and healthy. Let Pet Me If You Can care for your dog too!
Fabiola was born in Brazil and her childhood was filled with dogs – Areta, Pepita, Topo Giggia, Babalu, Mason, Argus and Samson, later Lola, and now Dora, a Miniature Schnauzer.
In addition to being pet first aid certified, Fabiola’s life long love of dogs led her to complete the Natural Dog Training, Behavior & Health Certificate and the Nutrition Coach Certification for Dogs & Cats through the American Council of Animal Naturopathy.
In addition to walking with Pet Me If You Can, she is also a Naturopathic Carnivore Nutrition Consultant.
Kathy grew up with dogs (always poodles) and that shaped her love of them from an early age. She now has a 12-year-old toy poodle Jax.
Her career was in automotive until she took time off to be a stay at home mom. When deciding to re-enter the work force, Kathy wanted to choose happiness first. So, she decided to be a Dog Walker!
Kathy looks forward to spending her days with dogs, outside getting Vitamin D. A healthy lifestyle is important to her and being outside with dogs getting exercise is helping her do just that!
Marina was born in Bucharest, Romania and grew up with a German Shepard. Eddie is the Beagle she has now.
What Marina loves about being a dog walker: “The company of dogs and to enjoy their affection, antics, innocence and joy of living!”
In addition to being a walker with Pet Me If You Can, Marina is a pet first aid instructor.
Melissa was born in Palos Heights, Illinois. Growing up she had a Bassett Hound, Chocolate Lab, and an American Pit Bull Terrier.

Meet Sarah, our newest Walker! Sarah grew up in England with her 2 dogs, both Alsatian/Labrador mixes. Jenny and Sally were their names. She now has a 4-year-old Golden Retriever, Star.
Her career was mainly focused on teaching Pre-K. Sarah then decided to create the life she truly wants and knew dogs should be a big part of that.
Sarah comes to Pet Me If You Can with an energetic attitude! She looks forward to meeting new dogs and getting to know them individually as she knows they’re all wonderful their own ways.
Sarah is certified in Pet First Aid.
Rachel grew up in Brazil where her companions were a Boxer and a German Shepherd, plus a few cats and birds. She fondly remembers how her dogs had their own house in the yard, with the weather being so nice there they could be out all day and night.
Rachel studied pharmacology and went on to study graphic design in San Francisco. An active person who prides herself on keeping fit and staying healthy, she loves walking dogs as part of that routine.
